She has lived in a variety of different countries, and speaks French, Spanish and Italian. She began working life as an actress, singer and dancer and performed and toured an eclectic array of theatre across Britain and Europe for many years. Zoe was raised in both urban and rural Britain, and her formative years travelling lifestyle encouraged her nomadic step later in life. Zoe enjoyed teaching English as a second language in South America, and has admirably raised four children single handedly in three different countries. She is author to many poetry books and children's stories. She is also known as Honey.
