Sean is also a renowned and popular public speaker and speaks regularly on all project management topics. As a speaker, facilitator and trainer, Sean is passionate, lively and engaging. He employs a variety of techniques during his courses, seminars, conference talks and workshops, including lectures, practical exercises, role play, and educational games. He develops and delivers project management training from introductory level up to PMP exam prep level and is a co-founder of Falcon Training. Sean is the author of four books about project management and a globally recognised subject matter expert. Sean holds a range of credentials and qualifications including a BA, an MSc, and an MBA and has been a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2004.
