Holistic Wellness Educator and Coach, Owner of Soul Soothings, LLC, Nationally Certified Massage Therapist and Instructor, and Level I Bach FlowerTM Practitioner, Kathy Ozzard Chism lives her life to help heal others and lift the world to a higher vibration. She loves to watch the positive shifts that occur when people use her suggested all-natural methods and ideas to improve their lives, and supports all who come to her for help with LOVE. Kathy has always believed that if you are given a dream, you are also given the ability to somehow make it come true... and she has dreamed a LOT into her life. Along with the above, she has held careers as varied as Fourth Grade Teacher, Flight Attendant, Licensed Interior Architect and Designer, Sales Manager, National Meeting Planner, Calligrapher, Actress, Model, Voiceover Artist, Writer, Proofreader/Editor, and Global Nonprofit Founder and Director. A world traveler and lover of education, Kathy holds a B.A. degree from Moravian College, Bethlehem, PA, an A.A. degree from International Fine Arts College, Miami, FL, and helped create an A.S. degree program for Massage Therapy in Rohnert Park, CA. She earned her private pilot’s license while living in the Bahamas, and has lived in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Illinois, Florida, California, Texas, and New York as well. An endless student of health and healing, in 2016 Kathy earned her certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies at Cornell University. A vegetarian (now mostly vegan) since age 16, she has always lived in a health-conscious and caring way, seeking all-natural, organic, and homeopathic ways for healing. Then in early 2009, Kathy nearly died from stress and “doing too much.” It was a major turning point. “The Power of Know” is the result, with Kathy’s journey back to life now helping to heal others in a deeper way than before. She focuses on assisting her clients with simplifying their lives, letting go of negative emotions, and choosing a wide variety of all-natural ways to heal mind, body, and spirit.
