Debra Peek-Haynes, over the past 20 years, has conducted seminars on health and wellness across the globe. Her concern regarding the wellness of others evolved from her own battle with infertility. After delivering a healthy baby, she became passionate about sharing her story with others. It is her goal to share her journey in the faith-based community since she is well versed on the disparity of inadequate health care particularly among African Americans.  Each week she can be heard live on  "Talking Healthy" a segment that provides health and wellness tips on KHVN-AM. Her husband of 25 years is Dr. Frederick D. Haynes lll, Senior Pastor of Friendship West Baptist Church, a 14,000 member congregation in Dallas,Texas. She and her husband are the proud parents of their lovely daughter, Abeni Jewel.
