Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

I started writing my first novel 'Deadly Contract' early in 2010. I read loads of advice, and tried to apply what I had learned. When I'd edited and revised my manuscript to as good a state as I could get it, I tried a few agents, but without success. So,... I decided to go for Kindle Direct Publishing and CreateSpace, in 2012, to get my story out, and move on. My second novel 'Deadly Intrigue' was published the same way in January 2013. I'm working on my third novel now, and as before, it's taking more time than I'd like! Meantime, I like working with computers, and have set up some tools and notes on my personal website at MikeMitchell.me that could be handy for other aspiring novelists. If you've an Android phone, I've also put some of the tools in an app called 'Novelist' that you can download from Google Play Store.
