Mark Maciha and Tracie Fisher bring together years of park management experience in public and private parks as the authors of Outdoor Hospitality Essentials: A Foundation for Success. Mark enjoyed a career with the National Park Service and Tracie has worked as the office manager for a large campground in Michigan. Both serve on the Board of Regents for the National School of RV Park and Campground Management and have taught on a national level for many years. Both Tracie and Mark are Certified Park Operators and Mark is a Certified Park and Recreation Professional.
