The Lineage of Durge is the first in a series that will tell the story of a world far different from our own. It was a period of might and magic, but the fall of The Old Ones spawned a time of strife. The people of Durge have been disconnected from the rest of the world for hundreds of years. This first tale delves in the years right after the vile Old Ones were defeated. Future stories will explain what happened before the Old Ones and what happens after. While there are several important characters the Durge series will place the continent itself at the forefront and simply allow the reader to exist along side the heroes and villains that will leave their mark on history.

Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor
Dante R Maddox's first love was contemporary American comics. That love was magnified by his interest in Greek myth. In his late 20's he was introduced to the world of fantasy by way of the table top role playing game Dungeons and Dragons. His adventures in that fictional world were the motivation for his first literary effort. Mr. Maddox also held the post of head writer for a popular website (Craveonline.com) and still enjoys writing and blogging about pop culture.
