Inhaltsangabe

With one victim already brutally and senselessly murdered in Murrells Inlet, the Georgetown County Sheriff's Office is then confronted with another very similar murder days later. As Paul Waring, a retired state trooper from Connecticut, is again called in to help investigate these murders, a third victim - a Catholic priest - has been found shot to death inside a church in Pawleys Island. But why? Two days later, a tragedy involving Paul's family occurs in nearby Garden City. Is this latest incident an attempt to discourage Paul from working these three murders? A suspenseful and exciting series of events connects each of these murders together. Then, as Paul and his fellow cops begin digging for answers, they learn their suspect has plans to blow up the Myrtle Beach Convention Center. Is a symbol from the past really the cause behind all of the mayhem that has staggered the Grand Strand? EARLY PRAISE FOR Murder in Murrells Inlet "Just as he has done with his earlier novels, Warren continues to thrill his readers with another exciting story, one that captures many of the problems we are all confronted with in today's world. This is simply a GREAT read for those who love a book you cannot put down." Major (Ret.) Timothy Baughman, New Mexico State Police Department "Murder, mayhem, Muslims, the Confederate flag, and much more . . . only a veteran investigator, someone like the author who has dealt with a host of problems such as these, can write a suspenseful and exciting story like Peter Warren has done. Murder in Murrells Inlet needs to be put on everyone's reading list!" SAC (Ret.) Tony Cummings, North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation "Warren's significant experience as a criminal investigator, coupled with his time as a narcotics commander, has once again allowed him to craft a wonderful and exciting story. It doesn't matter what your reading preference is - fictional crime or true crime - you will thoroughly enjoy this
