Pete Blank spent thirteen years in a variety of roles at the Walt Disney World Resort. His most recent role as a Learning Manager at the Disney University, he designed, developed, and delivered career and professional development courses for cast members and employees across the Disney organization. Prior to Disney, Pete worked as a sports reporter at WBMG-TV 42 in Birmingham. Pete is the president of Alabama Training, Leadership, And Strategy®, where he provides leadership training to corporate, college, and church groups. He manages the training department for the Personnel Board of Jefferson County which provides leadership and management training to over nine thousand civil servants in Jefferson County. Pete is a former president of the Birmingham Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development and is involved with the National Speakers Association. In 2009, he was named a “Top Young Trainer” by Training Magazine, and now is on the Board of Directors for the Blue Ridge Conference on Leadership.
