Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Executive coach, entrepreneur, author, and visionary in the arena of leadership development, Dr. Larry Little has been engaged in counseling and leadership coaching for over 20 years.

Dr. Little's philosophy on leadership is rooted in the power of relationships and meeting people where they are. As a seasoned business professional who understands the importance of results-oriented leadership, he gears his approach towards challenging people to lead at a higher level, starting with leading themselves well. His goal and personal mission is to encourage and equip others to make a difference in the lives of those they love, live with, and lead.

Dr. Little holds a Ph.D. in Psychology, a master's in clinical counseling, as well as a business degree.

Dr. Little and his wife, Melanie, have two adult children and reside in Decatur, AL.
