Biografía del autor
Peter D. Eicher, a retired Foreign Services Officer, is the recipient of multiple Department of State honor awards for outstanding contributions to foreign policy. During 25 years as an American diplomat, he drafted hundreds of dispatches similar to those in this volume. Eicher is currently a consultant on international human rights and elections, based in Washington and Paris.
