Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor
Ian Dear is a former Royal Marine turned writer who has written several books on yachting history (most of them more serious than this one). He is the author of Enterprise to Endeavour, also published by Adlard Coles Nautical.
Mike Peyton has been drawing cartoons for six decades. He has written and illustrated many books for Adlard Coles Nautical, with the most recent being our collection of his greatest yachting cartoons, World of Peyton. We also publish his biography, Peyton, by Dick Durham.
