Author of Absolute's iconic range of storecupboard cookbooks, Paul Hartley's big passion is breakfast and his website www.breakfastandbrunch.com was created together with his wife Lynda in 2001 and is now believed to be the largest breakfast information station on the Internet. Flying the flag for the best meal of the day, Paul spends much of his time cooking, travelling, writing and broadcasting about the value and pleasure of the breakfast occasion. Paul is a regular broadcaster and has appeared on BBC 2 Food Poker, BBC Radio 4 Food Programme, UKTV Food's Market Kitchen and is a regular contributor to several local radio stations and many magazines and newspapers.
