Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Jon Levitt learned to play golf as a teenager in Southern California in the late '70s. His father was a scratch golfer and a sports psychologist who taught Jon the importance of the mental side of sports at an early age. It was his knowledge of sports psychology that gave him a head start on other competitors and helped rapidly elevate his game. He was the #1 player on his high school and college golf teams and selected as a collegiate golf All-American at CSU Northridge in 1986. After turning professional in 1989, Jon went on to win more than 40 times on the mini-tours and played on the Nike Tour (now the Nationwide Tour), Tour De Las Americas (South American PGA Tour), the Asian PGA Tour, and even participated in the 2000 US Open at Pebble Beach. Jon has given thousands of golf lessons and worked with players of all abilities to fine tune not only their physical game but more importantly, to teach golfers the enigmatic mental side of the game of golf. After thirty plus years devoted to the game he loves so much, Jon has decided to write this unique book "The Process: Mental Training and the Principles of Limitless Golfing Success" as a gift to help all golfers who suffer from the pitfalls of the game and from being their own worst enemy.
