Here's a true fact:  The faster you lose, (especially at the beginning) the more likely you are to CONTINUE and stay on track.  And a GREAT cookbook is a ticket to delicious food - forever.  After I wrote The Virgin Diet book, EVERYONE was asking me for recipes. So for the last year, I've been collecting and compiling recipes, which I'm now releasing as the official Virgin Diet Cookbook.  YES, it's here!
 
The best part of this is, after a year of traveling across the country, and meeting & talking to many of you at PBS visits, book signings, speaking engagements - or just stopped in the aisle at Whole Foods, I've learned a few things from you all.  Things I've added into this cookbook.  Little gems and insights and info that will make it even MORE valuable to you.

You can start HERE, with just the cookbook, because I've outlined the entire Virgin Diet in there.  If you want The Virgin Diet book, awesome.  Go get it.  I recommend it highly (haha).  But if you just need to start with this, you can.
