Under the name Jack Kilborn, he wrote the horror novels Afraid, Trapped, Endurance, and Draculas, and under the name Joe Kimball, he wrote the sci-fi novel Timecaster (featuring Jack Daniels' grandson as the hero, and Harry McGlade III, coming out in 2011.)
