The Lord came into my life dramatically in 1989; calling me into the Kingdom and into the ministry. Attending Zion Bible College my wife and I started an outreach to children. Here, I saw many parents basically ignoring the development of their kids, and witnessed schools going through the paces of education. Our Good News Kids Club sought to change the kid's lives by instilling hope. After my graduation, we thought we might go into full time ministry, but the Lord sent me to seminary instead. In the southern regions, I experienced the Christian culture and saw many merely attending Church, and extending kindness because it was their culture to be so. They were raised Christian, but many lacked commitment. When finishing my Master's Degree, Zion invited me to teach in the areas of Bible, Theology, Philosophy, and Finance. I also served as the Dean's Assistant. After several years, situations developed that moved us to the pastoral sector of ministry; first as a School Administrator, and then as a senior pastor. Through these various ministry opportunities, I learned much about myself and the Church. Today, I pastor a Church in NH, where we are truly witnessing the seeds and signs of revival. Many changed lives are coming forth. In these past twenty years, the Holy Spirit fashioned my heart and enabled me to better see the needs of the Church and communities. Today, we are in times that require ambassadors to speak boldly but not brassy. There are issues that need to be addressed; some seem minor and some appear meaningless, but they all indicate an undertow that is diminishing this country's greatness by robbing it of its goodness. This book came forth as I began to jot down a few thoughts that concerned me. Soon, I found the list growing. I also thought of those who employ the words toleration, bias, and prejudice whenever someone opposed their thinking. Reflecting on this, I said to myself, they'd call me biased for thinking this way. Considering our times and sensing a need to put my thought in print; to specify 101 reasons why someone would call me biased. My hope is to stir the faithful to know that right thinking does not mean one is biased; it is alright and most important to arise, declare and demonstrate the truthfulness of Christ and His righteousness. May the Holy Spirit ignite your passion for the truthfulness of Christ, and inspire you to live for the Kingdom of God, regardless of what the progressive mind calls you.
