Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Elyn MacInnis is an ordained priest in the Episcopal Church in the United States. She went to China in 1988 with her husband and two young daughters, and has lived there since. In 2004 she received Harvard University Divinity School Alumni Association's "Rabbi Martin Katzenstein Award" for her "passionate and helpful interest in the lives of other people, an informed and realistic faithfulness, an embodiment of the idea that love is not so much a way of feeling as a way of acting, and a reliable sense of humor."
