S. v/d Woude is an honor graduate of Boise State University and a former student at Reformed Theological Seminary in Florida. He resides with his wife, children and grandchildren in Idaho. Mr. v/d Woude works daily on his dairy farm, but his interests also compel him to pursue philosophy and theology. What appears to be completely distinct interests, actually serves to bring a down- to- earth perspective to the issue of man's foundation for knowledge. Like Plato, he realizes the need to be physically involved in the dirt of this world, all the while searching for its source of wisdom.
