Inhaltsangabe

TIldaWave celebrates Breast Cancer Awareness month. Olivia Newton-John’s career has spanned decades! She burst onto the scene in the 1970s as Sandy in the smash movie-musical "Grease." Musically, she spawned numerous top ten hits including the 80’s aerobic anthem "Physical." The '90s, however, marked one of her biggest life achievements-- surviving breast cancer. Since then, Olivia has become a Female Force in the battle against breast cancer, bringing awareness and education to the forefront! TIldaWave is working one-on-one with the superstar! This issue will also feature a resource guide for breast cancer. Also, a portion of the proceeds will be going to ONJ’s charity. As featured on CNN, FOX News, Time Magazine, The Washington Post, LA Times, OK Magazine, and MSNBC! Female Force is a series that features biographies on strong, independent women that have made a difference in the world. Read about the world of Olivia Newton-John in comic book form!

Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Sandra has loved writing since she was a little kid. I remember first writing a short story in 3rd grade that won a prize. I think that was the impetus for me. I think back to that sometimes and say to myself that was where it all started, I knew at that point I had a gift -- ha! All it took was a prize in 3rd grade. I think also I have always been more on the shy side so I find that writing is a good way to express myself and what goes on in my mind.
