He is intoxicated by his own genius, flies high ... then his head explodes ... and he slips into madness.

Jurgen Kleist, 1949, Fürstenberg (Germany). Professor of German at SUNY Plattsburgh, New York. In addition to scholarly work, he published the novel Der Zauberer von Wien, Zarans Reise, Zarathustra's Last Dance (Play), and The Cartoonist (Screenplay).
