Timothy Patrick Kirby has lived along the shoreline of Lake Michigan all of his life, in various locales, and wouldn't dream of living anyplace else. He has written several books; five of which are collections of his short fiction, as well as two volumes of poetry, a sketchbook, a memoir, a novella, and most recently, his first novel, THE CHAIN, which is about a terrifying alien abduction. Kirby has been writing fiction and nonfiction for more than two decades. His favorite topics include the paranormal, the macabre and psychological horror, along with poetry, compositions and autobiographical essays. Kirby is currently at his desk working on a second memoir and his sixth volume of short stories.
