Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

David W. Lewis is the Dean Emeritus of IU Indianapolis (formerly IUPUI) University Library, USA. In 2018 he was named the ACRL Academic/Research Librarian of the Year. That year he was also awarded the Sagamore of the Wabash for service to the libraries of Indiana. He has written over 50 articles and book chapters on reference services, library management, scholarly communication, and open access. He is currently retired in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, where he focuses on turning small wooden bowls.
