Nicholas Pierce has worked for over 35 years within the executive search business. His experience includes holding senior positions within three top-five global retainer search firms, including serving as a partner for Heidrick & Struggles, the largest retainer search firm at the time. He has also started two boutique search firms during his career, currently directing a high-end retainer firm focused on senior assignments for a broad range of companies from Fortune 500 to start-up organizations. During his career Mr. Pierce has interviewed thousands of executives for a multitude of positions, both domestically and internationally and has been featured several times on Sky Radio/Forbes In-Flight Radio, recognized as being one of America's Best Recruiters (US Airways publication)and has been profiled in the HarperCollins book, The New Career Makers. He brings the discriminating perspective of how a senior retainer search consultant thinks and counsels clients on what to look for when hiring talent in today's market. Mr. Pierce also serves as Chairman, Membership Committee S.E. for Business Executives for National Security, a national select group of senior executives advising various aspects of the U.S. government on global security issues.
