I was born in Sault, Michigan. My first job was stocking magazines and comics in a corner store. My imagination flourished from all the characters I'd read about. As I enjoy my 60th year of learning about human behavior, my life is filled with challenges and adventures. I now use my waking time to observe incidents and people for their desires, fears and humorous antics. This unlimited material, offers me opportunities to place them in perspective for my short stories, the novel I've written and for those stories yet to find their way to paper. J.H. L.
