Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Tom Pandola is a business leadership coach and consultant. He worked for 8 years as a director in the air medical industry, and for 25 years with the Los Angeles City Fire Department where, as a fire captain and battalion chief, he tested inspirational leadership principles while solving problems associated with responding to fires, floods, riots, earthquakes and more. He holds a bachelors degree in fire protection administration and technology from California State University, US.
