Julián Laboy-Rodríguez is currently working on his second M.A. in Psychology, and established his online origami business in 2013. He started creating origami a decade earlier when he first entered college, as simple diversion in between classes. He found both the diversion and a new hobby, which has become a passion. He has folded thousands of models and even created his own. While he began the business side of origami by creating larger models, which sold in area stores and markets, his most popular models by far were his jewelry pieces, which are no the feature item on his Paper Edge website.
