Douglas Jackson has been writing prolifically for over 35 years. An acclaimed Northwest Chef, he trained at Oregons Award winning, Western Culinary Institute. His accolades include several plays, in which he co-wrote and preformed throughout the Northwest. Mr. Jackson won first Place in the Tacoma Writers Club and Tacoma News Tribune's Nonfiction Contest, with his work, A Crack in Time, a chapter out of Valley of Silent Men. He is currently putting the final touches on a screenplay, while working on his Masters Degree in Psychology.
