Joey Lankford is now growing his business and entrepreneurial skills not in corporate America but in the fruit and vegetable markets of Cape Town, South Africa, helping create jobs, leadership opportunities, and economic sustainability for a new breed of local workers. He's learning to live without Tennessee football and the cold start of deer season, but only because his wife and four children have never been happier.
