Howard Giles (PhD, D.Sc. Bristol) is Professor of Communication at the University of California, Santa Barbara. He is Founding and current Editor of the Journal of Language and Social Psychology and the Journal of Asian Pacific Communication.
Anne Maass is Professor of Social Psychology at the University of Padova. She has been Associate Editor of the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology and Chief Editor of the European Journal of Social Psychology.
