Biografía del autor
I was born on Long Island in the 1940's, and now live in a small town in North West New Jersey. I come from a loving and close knit family much like the one in this story, and have always loved the art of telling and sharing of stories since childhood. My Grandparents and Aunts and Uncles loved stories and songs and they were always a part of family gatherings. Over the years I have told many a tale to the enjoyment of first my children and their friends and now to my own grandchildren. They encouraged me to begin to put them down on paper and then to venture to have them published so other children could enjoy them as well. This is my first such effort to do so, and I hope you enjoy it as much as they did, Barbara Janis or as some call me, grandma!
