Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Vernon Winterton has been cooking in Dutch ovens for over forty years. He is one of the founding members of the Greater Wasatch Dutch Oven Society and served two years as its assistant director. Vernon has competed in numerous Dutch oven cook-offs over the years, qualifying three times to go to the world championships. He lives in Lehi, Utah and is the author of 101 Things To Do With A Dutch Oven.
