James Myint Swe was born in Burma (Myanmar) and relocated to Canada in 1976 with his family. He has an honors (Honors) degree in Political Science specializing in Foreign Policy from the University of Western Ontario, Canada and a Masters of Healthcare Administration from Siena Heights University, Michigan, USA.
