Saints For All Occasions Notecards

Given as remembrances at communions, confirmations, graduations and other rites of passage, holy cards are also a widely popular-and highly collectible-form of folk art. This handsome box of twenty-four notecards features twenty-four different Catholic saints for every occasion, sentiment, and recipient: St. Joseph for Father's Day; St. Teresa of Avila for Health; St. Casilda for Luck; and St. Francis for Teachers. On the back of each card is a brief text explaining the connections-both allegorical and visual-between the saint and his or her patronage.
