Ruby Radford is the owner of RLR Enterprises Training and Development. She has over twenty years of experience in the telecommunications field and has worked as an independent training consultant and instructor for over seven years. She is the author of two books of poetry-I Just Want to Help and When The Light Shines Through... She holds a M.E. degree, specializing in educational technology and human resources training and development. As a motivational speaker, she has inspired many audiences. She resides in Toledo, Ohio.
