This story takes us along for a ride as the author struggles with a recent divorce and other changes in his life. We become passengers riding beside him as he embarks on a solitary trip of self-discovery. Going from the east coast to the west, his travels take him from Key West, and Las Vegas, to Santa Monica, Lake Tahoe, Moab, Vail, Santa Fe, and Canada. He is searching for the person he used to be out on the open road, and shares both his search and his findings with the reader.
