About the author
Dr Steve Foster is Principal Lecturer in the Law School at Coventry University. He has been teaching human rights and civil liberties for almost thirty years and has written extensively in a variety of legal journals in the areas of human rights, the European Convention on Human Rights and prisoners’ rights.
