Known to many as "the Blue Book", the Butterworths Company Law Handbook is published annually and also provides comprehensive coverage of the legislation governing partnerships and limited liability partnerships. This year's edition has been restructured to complete the transition of the contents from those of the 1985 Act regime to those of the 2006 Act regime. In relation to the 1985 Act material, the Handbook includes those provisions which remain in full force.
