Über die Autorinnen und Autoren

Charlotte Guillain taught English to air traffic controllers and nurses before deciding a career in publishing would endanger fewer lives. Charlotte is a prolific author of children’s fiction, non-fiction and picture books.



Sam Lloyd is the creator of the popular picture book character Mr Pusskins and a hugely successful puppet monster series, launched with the publication of Calm Down, Boris. Her books have sold more than half a million copies in the UK. Captain Brainwave is her first book for HarperCollins.
