Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Dr Edward Wagner is Professor of Molecular Biology and Biochemistry at the University of California, Irvine. He is also a Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science, and a member of the American Academy of Microbiology.

Dr Hewlett is Professor Emeritus in the Department of Molecular and Cellular Biology at the University of Arizona. He has specialized in the structure and molecular biology of the picornaviruses and the bunyaviruses. He received his graduate training in biochemistry at the University of Arizona and was a postdoctoral fellow at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with Nobel Laureate Dr David Baltimore.
