Rev. David Kind is the pastor of University Lutheran Chapel in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He is the author of About Our Liturgy: Meaning, History and Practice, considered by many to be a definitive catechetical resource on the Lutheran theology of worship and the history of the Common Service of the Lutheran Church. He is a frequent speaker on topics pertaining to the theology of worship, the conduct of the liturgy, and early and medieval church history.
