L'assembl�e s'est excus�e sur l'urgence des soins de l'admimstration. La discussion du plan a �t� ajourn�e � mercredi pour s' y livrer enti�rement.

Elle aurait pleinement d�cid�; mais je lui aurais observ� que les grandes assembl�es administraient' mal �que si I212 Cpersonnes ne suffisent pas � la ville de Paris, elle ne sera jam'ais administr�e; que ses 'membres pouvaient s'occuper dans des comit�s et qu'il n'�tait pas n�cessaire que les autres.
