On the occasion of rr Bicycle Ride from Stratford to Toronto and Return - over 200 miles in or day - the same day that several men in Ontario succumbed to heat-fey (june The preparation appeared to counteract the feeling Of fatigue, ar enabled me to pedal comfortably for hours after the period that I would ha been exhausted without it.
