VIII. Although so much has been said upon the pound, as the highest Unit Of Account, we must not forget that such a unit has mainly in view, accounts that are written, and of considerable amount; whereas, there are numerous small accounts, generally unwritten, wherein the lower units are Of no less importance than the highest. For these however it is said, florims and cents will suffice. I do not think so.
