On account Of the apparent mildness of the attack the patient is frequently allowed to get up and look out for himself; and frequently he is overtaken by albumin uria, uremia Or fatal angina. This form Of scarlet fever requires, as I said, but little treatment; the bowels should be kept soluble the urin should be examined at least once daily, with a careful lookout for albumin, and low specific gravity. Nourishing liquid food should be care fully administered three times daily only.
