Harleian list 27 are on the Sessions list, and 46 of the Sessions list are not in the Harleian.

Although the county was not then divided into Petty Sessional divisions, the Recognizances bring out the parts of the, county for which the different justices acted, as many of them were taken at the Justice House. It seems that the Justices' meetings, which corresponded to our petty sessions, were held monthly.
