Resolved, That we highly approve of the establishment of the Pestalozzian training-school for Primary Teachers, at Oswego, n.y., and of the introduction of the Objective System of teaching in our own State, so far as it is adapted to the genius and necessities of our public schools.

Mr. Pope, from the same committee, offered a resolution respecting the Illinois Teacher, which was received.

Dr. Willard, late Editor of the Teacher, urged upon the Asso sociation the duty of the members to subscribe for the Teacher, and to write for it frequently.

Mr. Eberhart followed, urging the same matters, and commend ing the Teacher.
