That no Wool Stapler, nor any other Dealer in Wool, between the Warehoufes and Sea Coaf't be fuffered to fetch a fecond (mantity of Wool from any Warehoufe, till he or {he produces an Account of the laf't Parcel, and fuch Account to be veri fy'd on Oath, before, and witneffed by a Magif'crate (the Oath to be adminif'tered, Gratis) which Account {hall fet forth, each Prrcel fold, either in Wool, Worf'ted, 0r Yarme, or any other Spinning in Wool, the Time when fold, and Qantity, the Ferfons Name, Trade, and Place of Abode, to whom fold, and fuch Accounts to be left, and filed at the Warehoufe.
