The Committee on New Chapters and Mark Lodges beg leave to report, in part.

That they have examined the proceedings of jerusalem chap ter, which has been working under Dispensation, and finding them correct, and a due return of their members made. Recommend that a Charter be granted said Chapter, agreeably to its petition.
