Practically, the Official making the psychometric tests will no doubt in cooperation with the school physician be qualified to pass judgment upon each field of inquiry. The diagnosis Should be made by the school physician or if possible by a qualified psychiatrist. The scope and the main points to be determined in each Of these fields is as follows.
